We bought our 2013 ss Chevy Camero from anne with Cypress auto and it became our dream car, we loved it so much! We always recomend getting the warrenty because some unforseen issues could arrise to no fauld of the dealer, that said, the camero had one little problem which our warrenty covered and it never gave us another single problem in the years we had it. It was an overall awseome car and we were so happy with it we planned to have it forever until a man speeding through a 25mph zone in auburn slammed into us and totaled it.  Thankfully we were prtected in this car and nobody was seriously hurt. Needless to say we were gonna need another vehicle. So fast forward to today. Since we were so happy with anne and cypress when we bought the camero, we knew we had to start with cypress to inquire about getting into our next vehicle. We wanted a gently used suv for our growing family at a rate we could afford with our other bills. Anne was able to get us into a 2017 platnum modle Ford suv that is beyond awesome and a perfect fit for us, at a great rate. Thanks to Anne and the staff here and the care they put in to making sure that we didnt feel like we needed to take the first or even the second offers that came back if the rate was not right, Anne  knew that she could get us a better rate and so we all took a deep breath and waited a day to give better lenders time to get back to us because of the holiday and sure enough the better lender got back first thing the next morning. Now we are the proud new owners of another solid vehicle from cypress auto. The Cypress staff goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and confident in their purchase, and we will always check the inventory here first when shopping for automobiles. I would refer our freinds and family here to do the same. We know its a team effort and appretiate everyone at cypress for making our experience a good one, but we want to give a special Thank you to Anne for being our sales rep both times we have come in to buy a car. Thank you so much for working so dilligently to make this a great fit for us and always being so kind. I highly recommend going here to get not only the best deal on a good truck-(they sell a lot of forestry trucks), but also they revamp them so they look new inside & out!  The service was impeccable, we truly loved & appreciated the warm soft touch of dealing with Annie, she provided the best customer service we've ever had dealings with buying a vehicle!  The young man there was also very knowledgeable & was very professional & detailed as well!  We will always trade there because of the whole experience was top notch & Annie truly cares about her customers, made us feel at home & like family, offered snacks, beverages & treats but most importantly got us in the truck for a little under our budget vs up selling us or not taking it into consideration like most people do when buying a vehicle.  They have great prices & the best value for the money!  We are elated to have found a great place to do business now & in the future!  Thank you Annie, you're legit 💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟five stars all the way!!!
