Arnold S. - 2016 - - I had a power steering failure on our Cummins Dodge Ram 3500 after 480k miles. JD was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Repair price was on par with what I expected and he got us back on the road quickly. Nice big shop and secure, gated yard if your truck needs repairs that require it to stay overnight. Definitely recommended!

These guys were great. Brought my 2003 GMC truck in that had 325,000 miles on it and they gave me a fair trade in price when nobody else would offer anything. They also kept their promise on taking are of some items I wanted done, most of which were at no cost on the Sprinter van I purchased from them. Also very helpful on the finance end of things dealing with my credit union. Definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.I highly recommend Cypress Auto.

Lots of help when buying my truck and patience with how long I took to decide. They did what it took to earn my business. Drove a hard bargain as well. Gave me a good deal and also helped find some financing for me. After I purchased, I decided I wanted different tires on the truck so they offered to order the new ones for me and give me full credit for the tires that were on it. They also offered to have my old car detailed by the same people they use at their discounted cost. My only complaint was that their service center made me wait half a day to get my tires put on after driving 2.5 hrs to get there.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with Cypress Sales and Service, Auburn, Ca! Just had my oil changed at the service shop and all went as well as expected. John and his service mechanics team know Dodge RAM trucks. They were eager to give a little extra and torque wrench a few bolts to finish my DIY gooseneck hitch installation. I bought my truck over a year ago and the truck has been dependable without any events. I buy a truck every twenty+ years so I scrutinized every detail of the business and negotiations before and during our transaction. Kevin and Sam held to their word and obligations through out the sale and even fixed a tire issue without hessitation. The sales and service center are first rate. Do your homework before and during the purchase transaction and you won't be disappointed with Cypress Auto Sales and Service. These truck people are better than any I've worked with.

We purchased a 2002 F350 with low miles. A beautiful 1 ton 4 X 4 with duel rear wheels. Ken was our salesman. He was polite and accommodating, especially after the truck developed an issue with the 7.3L just a few months following the purchase. Ken and his associates firmly stood behind a commitment of quality and assurance to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. The issues were taken care of and yes ,... we are happy with our purchase. Used trucks are what they are, ... "USED". I went to Cypress Auto from the Bay Area. I was looking specifically for a 5.9l Cummins Dodge Ram. They seemed to have quite a selection to choose from. The salesman went with us on a long test drive. I decided I liked a blue lifted Ram the best, so we negotiated a fair price. I have had it for a couple weeks now and haven't had any issues. If your looking for a Diesel Truck, you may want to check out what they have.

Cypress Auto Center is a great place to buy your next car or truck. They will take very good care of you and listen to your needs. Sam is the owner and has built his business on repeat referral business and relationships for life whether you buy from him or someone else he will point you in the right direction. Lee is fabulous in preparing the necessary documents and he strives to get you the best rate and deal possible. I have bought two Mercedes Benz from Sam and they do not even specialize in this type of vehicle. Sam found me exactly what I was looking for at a great deal and he gave me wholesale price and included a warranty . I did not have to do any of the research he did it all for me and gave me all my options and straight forward answers that I was looking for. I felt extremely comfortable and I trusted his opinion. I don't know about the sales department but the service center was fantastic! Brought my truck in and John and the group of mechanics there did a great job, quickly, and price seemed super fair! They took the time to explain everything and I left there very happy! Thanks so much! I will certainly recommend the service center!
